Full Lock Media is an award-winning media agency. We thrive off creating stories that connect you with both your ideal fans, and your unexpected consumer. We focus our energy on understanding and developing a visual language for your brand, creating the world that language lives in, and telling stories within that world.
Despite the fact that majority of our work still remains in the travel and hospitality industry, we are always prepared and capable to take on your content project with bright eyes and a fresh perspective.
As an agency that provides film and video, photography, and other creative services, our passions begin in filmmaking. Our team of individual artists have over 50 combined years of experience in the film business, ranging from small three person shoots to big budget summer blockbusters and network television shows.
We have become very comfortable in not only travel video but also travel coordination, completing multiple 20+ coordinated city projects over the years. We are confident with international travel and equipment carnets as well as coordination with locals and safety when necessary. Our favorite types of projects are the ones where we are involved from preproduction to post, and can really showcase our abilities throughout the process and fully immerse ourselves in the concepts of the work.
We consider ourselves the boutique media agency, as every single project is worked and treated differently, and our goal is to help you showcase your niche – what your brand is and who you want to be – We are here to help you reveal your image.
History
Full Lock Media began humbly in 2005 with a deep conversation with a mentor over a glass of Whiskey on New Years Day. Still a student in college, Kapil began to create feature length documentary videos that would go on to be released in national retailers, both for clients and under the Full Lock Media banner.
Kapil used the early years for a lot of personal growth and to advance his skillset - training with a well known food photographer, learning architectural photography and connecting his passions in music and the automotive industry with content creation.
Fast forward to 2013, we transitioned to an LLC and were managing a full time team of 15 and creating work for several Fortune 100 companies. Through the years we have produced extensive video and content projects for a slew of both national and international clients, creating over 40 hours of completed and approved content, mostly in 1 and 2 minute video (we are talking about 1700 + completed and approved deliverables!).
It took work and luck but have made it through the pandemic despite its effects on the travel / hospitality industry, and are proud to still be creating extensive work for Marriott Hotels Inc. among other clients. Our abilities have expanded from sales and documentary videos to social media campaigns, including creating campaigns with actionable 6 second to 20 second hard sell ads, and are still creating between 1 minute and 15 minute works with a singular focus - connect our clients with their consumer, and develop content that creates direct ROI.
Culture
We believe in not only giving everyone a voice, but lifting those silenced voices up. We are proud to be a company powered by diversity, operate our workflow and communication through inclusivity. Our team consists of proud Americans with backgrounds, religious beliefs and upbringings from all over the globe which gives us an edge in our ability to bring thoughts and ideas from different approaches. Despite the pride in our nationality, we believe in space for understanding international identities and allowing space for those cultures to take part in the conversation.

We believe in hard work, physically, mentally, emotionally, and always striving for positivity and a path forward.
Some interesting, not so average facts:
-Our producers consistently travel over 180 days a year.
-We make cold brew coffee with small batch beans once a week in our office.
-We are used to 430am call times, and 1pm naps.
-We are well versed in international travel, international shoots and paperwork. Most of us have several work permits in our passports.
-We have extensive experience in Aerial and Drone video, insured and licensed, following all local and federal laws. Our experience began before this was even regulated.
-We try to shoot our own creative pieces when there is time (not often), and won the Atlanta 48hour film festival best picture and best director in 2015.
