Kapil Gandhi is an award winning filmmaker and principal / founder of Full Lock Media. He is known for his skills in production and camera department, having won several awards for best director and best ad / best film. 

Of Indian and South African descent - by way of Syria - Kapil grew up in Los Angeles, but has called Atlanta home since 1996, which was right around the time Kapil became certain he wanted to work in film. He graduated with a bachelors in Film with a vocational specialty in production management - which he earned while producing several indie films with named talent.

Kapil started Full Lock Media in 2005, and has been lead on numerous 6 figure productions, including producing multi year / multi city projects with over 1000 video deliverables. In 2017, Kapil also started SwayATL, a series of micro documentaries focused on people in Atlanta doing creative things to positively influence the city.  

Kapil continues to consider himself a student of the art, taking writing and acting classes where possible to expand his skillset. He spends his free time working on his drift car (how Full Lock got its namesake), playing ice hockey, hanging out with his family and attending Atlanta United Games.
